Teresina, founder and creator of R4YL!, developed this incredible all over body workout-- by accident! Due to a knee injury her dance career came to an end, and after being banished to the stationary bike for rehabilitation, she yearned to move again. She noticed that even riding regularly, (40 minutes at a time!), the bike was not allowing for the same weight loss and invigoration she felt when she danced or did high impact aerobics (how the knee got injured). Slowly out of boredom, and the sheer desire to burn more calories, charge up the metabolism, and lose weight...RIDE 4 YOUR LIFE! was born.

Teresina has a BFA from Syracuse University. She studied for many years in NYC, working with some of the best mentors, teachers, techniques and trainers. Teresina has been training in the Los Angeles area for over 12 years working with people of all shapes and sizes, ages and obstacles. She has clients as old as 11 and as young as 85!
